Rach discovered Yoga in April 2017 during a pretty dark time and she has been blessed to have the capacity to immerse herself into her yoga practice and training ever since. With her background in Social Work, she is very passionate about yoga as a key in supporting mental health and wellbeing.
Rach acknowledges herself firstly as a student. She sees her teaching as having the opportunity to share her passion in practice and guide others in their quest of a reconnection with themselves.
Rachael hopes to inspire and lead with integrity and kindness above all, helping her students find their way home to their heart, mind and body.
