Hi my name is Mandy/Amanda, I first stepped onto a yoga mat over 25 years ago when a friend dragged me to her weekly Iyengar yoga class. At the time, I had no idea what yoga was really about but from that very first session, I was hooked. Since then, yoga has completely transformed my life, shaping not only the way my body moves but also my mind and the way I flow and engage with the world.
For me, yoga is an ongoing journey of growth, discovery, and deep connection. I consider myself a lifelong student, always open to its wisdom and teachings.
Beyond the mat, you’ll often find me with my wonderful husband and our two amazing daughters, who remind me daily of the beauty of love and family. They are one of my life’s greatest joys. I also cherish the simple moments, the little sparks of happiness found in everyday life.
