This course is designed to introduce you to Yoga whilst providing you the skills to practice Slow Flow and Power Flow yoga with confidence.

Course workbooks provided to support your new found knowledge & learning.
During the course, you will have time to ask questions and refine your alignment.
When: Next intake will be in Term 3 - Sunday afternoons
Time: 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Course investment: $135 per person
