We are thrilled to host you in our next Beginner Course at our studio for 2025!.

TERM 2 2025 - 3 WEEK COURSE (every Sunday for 3 weeks)
Dates: 18th, 25th May 1st June 2025
Time: 2.30pm - 5.30pm weekly for 3 consecutive weeks
Location: at our new studio in Blackburne Square
Investment: $149
Doors open 15 minutes before the course starts.
We always start on time so please check in 10-15minutes early to get you signed and settled in, ready for 2.30pm start.
This is a 3 session course with content being delivered across all 3 sessions to total the 9 hours. If you miss one session, we do not offer a partial refund for any time you miss after booking your spot. You will be offered to attend the same week next course if you wish to make up the time but please note that each course may differ slightly when each topic is delivered. Thank you for your understanding. Please note, there is a mixture of standing and movement related sessions as well as sitting for longer periods depending on the topic being discussed at that time.
