Yoga first came into Freya's life over 12 years ago. At the time, she had just moved to Melbourne from country Vic, and immediately fell in love with this new form of movement.
Having spent her younger years in dance, yoga became a new environment to challenge and express herself. Freya soon realised that yoga did not just finish when you rolled up your mat and it became a part of her everyday being.
For her, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility with the complete diversion from the busy mind.
Freya's classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa style. Together, you will flow, balance, and breathe.
