- facilitated by Julie Townsend Calling everyone who wants an INTRODUCTION TO YOGA in our 4 CLASS SERIES every WEDNESDAY in the month of FEB/MARCH ✌🏼 …Oh and did we mention, they are for FREE!!! 🙏🏼 Julie will take you through our yoga offerings here at The Base Yoga class by class, style by style on Wednesdays 11am - 12pm. These classes are for anyone - new to The Base Yoga or been here for ages! NB/ Slow Flow not suitable for limited movement or severe injuries. Mild injuries can normally be catered for. We strongly recommend pregnant women to start w our prenatal classes before joining general flow classes. |
