These classes are for anyone - new to The Base Yoga or been here for ages! NB/ Slow & Power Flow not suitable for limited movement or severe injuries. Mild injuries can normally be catered for. We strongly recommend pregnant women to start w our prenatal classes before joining general flow classes. |
