I’m not sure whether I found yoga or yoga found me, but it’s been a part of my world now for over 20 years.
My mat has held me through some really challenging life moments, as well as some of the most joyful. It’s a space where I’ve learnt the most about myself ...and continue to learn. It was my natural curiosity that led me to my first teacher training over 10 years ago, not to teach yoga, but to learn more about myself. Looking back, it was that decision that shaped who I am now and how I show up in the world.
Yoga is the thing that brings me back to myself and that’s what I hope to offer in my teaching. It’s my intention to create a space for everyone to explore, get curious, be a little messy and show up just as they are ...and I will too.
Away from my mat, I love hanging out with my family, being anywhere in nature and I’m very partial to a Bunnings trip. I’m a tad quirky which is something I’ve grown to appreciate about myself …and I love nothing more than a random tap dance in my kitchen.
