The Wellness Club is designed to create wellness enhancing habits as a group (and far beyond the 8 weeks!) There are NO challenges here. No minimum classes to attend. Only support and encouragement to take timeout for your daily demands and forge healthy wellness practises more intentionally into your day. Everything we share or do here is to help nourish your mind and soul, creating those habits to bring you back in alignment with your purpose for living well!
