Sally started at The Base a few years ago, and immediately felt at home. The teachers and yogi’s in The Base community are so supportive and inspiring, and the studio quickly became Sally’s second home.
Sally completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 and thrived throughout the course personally and professionally.
It has always been Sally’s passion to help others. She works as a registered nurse outside of her time at The Base, and cannot wait to start this journey of helping others in an entirely new way.
In Sally’s spare time she loves: Reading fantasy novels 📚 Hiking & camping 🏕️ Running 🏃🏻♀️ Spending time with her fur baby Spencer 🐶
