Most classes are suitable for beginners but to help you decide which classes are suitable for your needs, we have provided some helpful hints below. See class descriptions below for more details.
We practise yoga in a warm studio. We are not classes as HOT yoga, however the studio temperature is carefully controlled to be comfortable and warm on arrival, and it is adjusted as your own body heat takes over. You will never practice in a cold room.
In extreme heat the AC will be on.

To help you get a feel for our classes and their energetic intensity, we have categorised each class below with how hot & spicy the offering will be - most intensity to least.

POWER FLOW 🌶️🌶️🌶️Strong & dynamic Flow, athletic yoga postures.
Intensity: 3 chillies Intermediate–Advanced yogis *Not suitable for pregnancy or restrictive injuries. |
SLOW FLOW 🌶️🌶️Moderate Flow with options to modify poses.
Intensity: 2 chillies Great for beginners w minimal injuries who want to move bodies, stretch, build strength, stability. |
SUNRISE 🌶️🌶️Start your day with our express 45min Flow awakening
Intensity: 2 chillies Great for early risers w minimal injuries looking to invigorate mind & body first thing. |
YIN YANG 🌶️🌶️Deep stretching (Yin Yoga) meets Flow
Intensity: 1-2 chillies Perfect for beginners, pregnancy and those seeking a balance of stretch & movement. |
YIN YOGA 🌶️Deep, long holds mostly on floor; targeting connective tissue.
Intensity: 0-1 chilli All levels; especially those needing flexibility, release, calm, athletes, or anyone wanting slow, restorative work. |
RESTORATIVEVery gentle, therapeutic postures supported by props; minimal strain; focus on meditation, healing & relaxation.
Intensity: 0 chillies Perfect for everyone. |
PRENATAL 🌶️Designed to nurture and support your changing body, gentle flow / poses adapted for pregnancy.
Intensity: 1 chilli Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. |
MUMS & BUBS 🌶️🌶️Gentle yoga for new mums, with baby; recovery post-birth; tailored to rebuilding strength & mobility.
Intensity: 1-2 chillies Perfect 6wks+ postnatal to rehab & relax with other postnatal mums in a relaxed environment. |
Class overview:
POWER FLOW 60 minutes - dynamic flow class generally including arm balances and athletic, stronger yoga postures
SLOW FLOW 60 minutes - moderate flow class, with the option for modified your poses and transitions depending on the student.
- Vinyasa style = posture to posture movement, linked via breath-work.
- Prepare to get moving, hot and sweaty.
- Not recommended for pregnancy or restrictive injuries.
- Please note: this is our one class whereby there is less beginner verbal breakdown of poses. For that reason, we encourage newer students to commence with Slow Flow & Yin Yang classes to gauge ability levels.)
- Intermediate yogi onwards
- Intensity: 3 chillies 🌶️🌶️🌶️
SLOW FLOW 60 minutes - moderate flow class, with the option for modified your poses and transitions depending on the student.
- Vinyasa style - posture to posture movement linked via breath-work.
- Strong focus on postural cueing and guidance
- Moderate intensity (intensity can vary from low, moderate to high postural options, depending on your fitness level.)
- Beginner friendly
- Intensity: 2 chillies 🌶️🌶️
SUNRISE 45 minutes - Rise & shine to a vinyasa flow, energising the body & mind.
- An open level 45 minute Vinyasa/ Slow Flow class.
(Vinyasa means movement with breath.) - Energise you physically, leaving you feeling amazing and ready for your day ahead.
- Intensity: 2 chillies 🌶️🌶️
- Suitable for all levels
- Fusion of flowing movement & deep stretching
- Combines both YIN (calm, passive, quiet) & YANG (energy, movement, strength.)
- Perfect for the beginner yogi, pre & postnatal mum and mild injuries.
- Intensity: 1 - 2 chillies 🌶️🌶️
YIN YOGA 60 minutes - for every type of body. Those who sit all day to those who need to stretch and release the body away from aches & pains,
RESTORATIVE 60 minutes - Rest, Relax, Renew the mind & body.
- Long physical holds of deep stretches in a calming and explorative way (3-5 minutes or longer)
- Mostly seated and floor postures
- Target connective tissue and muscles that aren't normally accessed in other forms of yoga
- Improve your flexibility and range of motion - expect to do some deep stretching
- Cultivate an inner stillness and bring balance to your busy life
- Nice addition to an active athletes fitness program e.g.: runners, gym goers etc.
- Caution is given to prenatal yogis - we recommend Restorative Yoga before Yin Yoga to limit overstretching.
- Intensity: 1 chilli 🌶️
RESTORATIVE 60 minutes - Rest, Relax, Renew the mind & body.
- A relaxing, therapeutic and meditative yoga class
- Long relaxing holds of gentle postures, often using yoga props to maximise your comfort
- No strain on joints - this is all about healing the body and the mind
- Helps with insomnia, anxiety, stress, tension and injury rehabilitation
- Most injuries can be catered for
- Suitable for all
- Intensity: 0 chillies
PRENATAL 60 minutes - designed for pregnancy guided by experienced teachers with decades of experience.
MUMS & BUBS 60 minutes - a safe space to land back on your mat post-birth around other postnatal mums and their babies.
- Specialised classes for mums to be
- Suitable from week 12 onwards
- Biggest prenatal yoga program in Melbourne

MUMS & BUBS 60 minutes - a safe space to land back on your mat post-birth around other postnatal mums and their babies.
- Specialised classes for the post-natal period with decades of experience to guide all postnatal students.
- Suitable from 6 weeks (or 8 weeks post C-section) until baby is crawling
- Focus is on yoga for the MUM, with baby by your side.
- Focus on rehabilitation of postnatal needs including, lower back support, core support/ diastasis recti focus, pelvic floor rehab inclusion etc.
