A loving, deliberate invitation to slow down through the healing arts of slow intentional movement, restorative poses and yoga nidra (guided meditation). Allow yourself to sink into the support of props and the warmth of the room as Kristie guides you toward deep rest to nourish the mind and body, unlocking the pathway back to you.
