(just over 1 hours drive from our Berwick studio)
INCLUSIONS:
* 2 nights accommodation - Twin Share in Premium Ocean View Room
(Room types may change slightly if pre-reserved rooms sell out.)
* Full buffet breakfast daily
* Private Group Dining
* Onsite Yoga classes facilitated by The Base Yoga teachers
* Peninsula Hot Springs - lunch and bathing package (Saturday)
COST:
EARLY BIRD Fee: $795 pp - deposit must be made by 22nd September to secure the early bird offer.
Full Retreat Fee (after early bird cut off): $895 pp
Minimum Deposit: $350 - must be paid to secure your room.
FINAL PAYMENT must be made in FULL by 27th OCTOBER.
In the event you are attending solo and are happy to share a room (not single room booking) we will pair you up with another solo guest provided another solo guest is attending and of the same gender. *If we cannot pair you up, you will be in your own private room & required to pay the single room booking fee listed below.

ROOM TYPES & RESORT FACILITIES:
Upstairs our Premium Ocean View Rooms offer uninterrupted views of the beautiful south coast. Rooms are stylishly refurbished with fresh, contemporary décor, complete with a luxurious bathroom with stone bench tops and balcony for soaking up the view or spotting local wildlife. Premium inclusions have been provided for your comfort.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment must be made by 27th October.
1. No refund will be provided for the deposit once made.
In the event you need to cancel your booking for the retreat:
2. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to retreat, you will be refunded, minus the deposit.
3. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to retreat you will lose 100% of fees.
To avoid loss of fees, you may find someone to 'take your spot' on the retreat (transferring your place.)
Retreat fees will need to be discussed, agreed & paid between the two parties, excluding any involvement of The Base Yoga. The Base Yoga will not be held accountable for any issues between any third parties.
4. If you decide you do not want to be at the retreat once you arrive, you will not be refunded.
5. If we do not make our required numbers to hold & facilitate the retreat, The Base Yoga have the rights to cancel and provide a full refund of any paid monies to the guest.
6. If there is a natural disaster in the area that prevents us from undertaking the retreat, the organises will make the decision to the status of the bookings, in the best interest of all parties concerned.
7. The attendee understands that the retreat is held at a resort where other guests, not involved in The Base Yoga's Pamper Yoga Retreat, are also found on the grounds/ onsite. We have organised private rooms or outdoor areas to cater our needs where possible.
8. Once attendee is provided with the full itinerary of the weekend, including start times for classes or group dining, external bookings (Peninsula Hot Springs Bathing & Lunch package) etc, it is the responsibility of the attendee to arrive on time if wishing to attend the activities just mentioned. NO refund will be provided for missing any scheduled events/ activities/ meals etc.
9. Snacks (outside of the included breakfast & dinners) as well as Alcohol is not included in the price of the retreat. This is will an extra incidental to be paid by the attendee if consuming alcohol over the weekend.
10. Attendees must be over 18 years of age to drink alcohol. No responsibility will be held on The Base Yoga for excessive or illegal consumption of alcohol or drugs.
11. By signing up and paying your deposit confirms you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions of The Base Yoga's Pamper Yoga Retreat in November 2017.
