DO I NEED TO BOOK MY SPOT?
YES! Online booking is a must (via The Base Yoga website or our FREE studio app - The Base Yoga app.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
15 minutes before your first class & 10-15 minutes before every other class. Studio doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled start and the doors are locked for class strictly at start time. We don’t accept late arrivals. Please do not knock if you are late as this will interrupt the class that has started on time.
If you are early for your class, please wait quietly until the doors are opened (the class before yours may still be in progress.)
We also lock our doors 15 minutes after the final class of any day or night sessions to allow time for students to ask questions or chat with fellow students post class.
