Chelsey found yoga in 2017 after trying classes here and there for a few years prior. It wasn’t until a struggle with anxiety and panic attacks shook up her world that she fully immersed herself in the practice of yoga. She begun to unveil its beautiful healing potential to the mind and the body that she just couldn’t ignore. Each time she arrives on the mat, feeling calmer, stronger and more connected to herself.
Over the course of a transformational 2 years, Chelsey followed her passion and completed the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training with School of India Yoga & Meditation. The course was comprehensive in traditional yoga asanas (ashtanga & hatha yoga), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. It is these three components of yoga that have helped her to feel better, and she is so excited to share this incredible ancient practice with others.
