Maddy completed her 350hr Yoga Teacher Training with Australian Yoga Academy in Melbourne and has a strong passion for the physiology of yoga and the effects of yoga and breath on our mental and physical health.
Her classes are nurturing as she works to create a safe, inclusive and warm space for people to meet themselves on their mat. She believes yoga is a practise for every body and encourages the use of props to assist alignment.
Her life has been transformed for the better by her asana practice as well as the ancient philosophical principles she has fallen in love with.
When she isn’t at yoga you can find her at pilates, eating delicious food or hanging out with her staffy pup Nala in the forest.
She can’t wait to welcome you to The Base Yoga & share her love of yoga with the beautiful likeminded community at our studio.
