Ally began her yoga journey many years ago and fully immersed herself in 2020 after undertaking her 200hr teacher training. Her passion revolves around unblocking the Chakras, the 7 energy centres within the body.
Ally’s self practices and classes, of meditation, breath or yoga, are based around the movement and release of energy within the chakras. Through her journey to self discovery, the clearing and cleansing of chakras brought her so much peace and harmony within her emotional, physical and spiritual body, which is why she wants to share this with the world.
If she’s not at the studio you’ll find her sipping iced lattes or soaking up the sun at the beach.
