Terms & Conditions: Annual Memberships can be suspended for up to 6 weeks for travel/illness or injury. Maximum of 2 extensions per annual pass totalling maximum of 6 weeks (or less). A doctor certificate may be requested and placed on file to approve pass extension. Memberships cannot be transferred to another student. No refunds will be given for any memberships after purchase. |

A valid concession card / health care card must be presented at time of purchase.
FULL TIME STUDENT
We require written proof that you are a full time student. A printout of your current enrolment status is sufficient. A student card without an expiry or student status is not accepted.

Contact us for a quote. We can organise a class time that suits you, you will have exclusive use of the studio with your friends.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Class passes are not refundable or transferable. It is the student's responsibility to ensure passes are used before the expiry period. Any pass extension requests are to be emailed to info@thebaseyoga.com.au. Pass extensions must be requested prior to any upcoming travel. Or a medical certificate must be presented on request in the case a student is injured and cannot practise for a certain timeframe. Maximum pass extension is 6 weeks. Only one extension permitted per pass. Strictly no extensions available on a 1 month pass.

We accept cash, eftpos, Visa & MasterCard payments. Alternatively, passes can be purchased via the MindBody App under your personal account. If you don't have one, you can create an account on the spot under The Base Yoga platform.
