This winter immersion will offer you a combination of gentle Functional Movements followed by times of Deep Rest.
It is useful to remember that these colder & darker months offer some special moments of reflection.
Winter can also be viewed as a time of waking up to a more concentrated and mindful attention, a time when the outer cold means we have to work harder inwardly. Speaking metaphorically, we can think of the earth as breathing in at this time. It is an opportunity to reflect on all that has happened since last winter:
What new things have entered our lives?
What inner progress have we made?
IMMERSION DETAILS:
Date: Friday 17th August
Time: 7pm - 9pm
Cost: $35 per student ($30 Annual Members)
Doors open 15mins prior to class start.
