Rose has practiced yoga for as long as she can remember. She has always felt drawn to the connection between movement, breath, earth & the universe. She has been a fitness & group fitness instructor working in the fitness industry in many locations for over 25 years.
She loves learning & constantly goes to lots of different types of classes & workshops in anything to do with moving the body. She gets great joy in attending other instructors yoga classes in her down time. Her daughter, Sally, is one of her mentors, role models & inspirations in yoga.
Rose gets great pleasure sharing her love of movement with everyone. Helping others to find a better quality of life.
Away from yoga Rose enjoys walking her gorgeous golden retriever, Sonny. She also loves going camping & on new outdoor adventures with her husband & 4 adult children, who all inspire her to always strive to be the best version of herself.
