I found yoga around 6 years ago and from my very first class I’ve been hooked.
For me, Yoga and Meditation is part of my life daily, without it, my day feels a little incomplete.
I like to make my classes fun for all ages and levels of practice by offering modification and variations to take asana (postures) deeper for a more physical challenge. I openly speak about the mind-body connection and how our breath has a profound effect on the way we live our lives. I also like to talk about the benefits of this life-changing practice to help people understand what potentially might be going on internally throughout and beyond their practice.
I keep my knowledge up to date by attending workshops around Melbourne, in Bali and New Zealand. I believe as a student / yoga teacher it's important to be able to learn from everybody you meet and then to share that knowledge with as many people as possible.
As a fun, bubbly energetic person it’s really important to me to try to make everyone feel comfortable in my classes so that everybody can express themselves in their own unique and beautiful way with confidence.
